Harvest of kiwi in Mazandaran is at the beginning of September, but in Gilan usually the time of harvest is two weeks sooner than Mazandaran. After this period of time picking of fruit is not recommended because of danger of birds attack and cold of winter. Because at the time of harvest this fruit is tightened it must be kept for at least one week in an environment that has 15 degree centigrade temperature. After this period you can use that.
